The project for Cascina Valentino grew out of the need to distinguish a line of fine wines on the international retail market. The goal was to convey to the consumer a superior positioning for a product that exhibits high-quality characteristics, yet is reasonably priced.
TheFont chose to use butterflies, a symbol of elegance, a formal and visual elegance in terms of complexity and finesse; characteristics that are not automatically attributed to off-trade retail wines.
The wine’s perception is enhanced by the use of graduated colours highlighted by the shininess of the metallic foil.
